Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our providers, we respectfully request you provide a minimum of 24-HOUR NOTICE should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  You may cancel or reschedule their appointment via the online Patient Portal or by contacting Bay Skin & Beauty via phone or text message. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING REQUESTS VIA INSTAGRAM DIRECT MESSAGE OR E-MAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Late Policy

As a courtesy to all of our clients, we cannot guarantee your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late. If you are running late, please call us at your earliest convenience so we may try to accommodate you.

Cancellations Fee

We request a credit card upon booking your appointment and you will be charged a non-refundable fee of $200 if the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance. If we are unable to process the charge to the card on file, you must provide another form of payment to settle the outstanding fee. You will be unable to book another appointment until the outstanding fee is paid.

No-Show Policy

If you are more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled appointment and fail to notify Bay Skin & Beauty, you will be charged a non-refundable $200 fee using the card on file.  If we are unable to process the charge to the card on file, you must provide another form of payment to settle the outstanding fee. You will be unable to book another appointment until the outstanding fee is paid.
