Like many others, Nicole struggled with her skin from a young age. Her journey with cystic acne inspired her career in aesthetics. Nicole graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Washington State University. She then earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at the University of San Diego with an emphasis in preventive medicine.
Known for her approachable demeanor and balanced approach, Nicole specializes in the holistic use of wrinkle relaxers, filler, and medical-grade skincare to enhance beauty from the inside out. Nicole shares her passion and expertise in injectables through her injector training program and as a national speaker for Jeauveau by Evolus.
Nicole is honored to collaborate with the esteemed Dr. Saami Khalifian as the Medical Director of BAY skin + beauty. Dr. Khalifian is an internationally renowned board-certified dermatologist, thought leader, and innovator in the field of aesthetic medicine.

Peyton Elwell is an aesthetic nurse injector with a Bachelor's in Nursing from East Carolina University. After five years of pediatric bedside nursing, she has refined her skills in compassionate care and understanding individual needs. Aesthetics in her view, extends beyond a profession; it's a pathway to empower individuals, enhance confidence, and appreciate the beauty within. Peyton has completed a rigorous apprenticeship with owner and aesthetic educator, Nicole Adona, DNP.
Peyton offers a gentle touch and warm approach. She is skilled in achieving balanced, natural results. She particularly values treatments crafted collaboratively – personalized experiences that joyfully highlight the distinctive natural beauty of every individual.
Natalie Holland, MSN, RN
Natalie Holland is an aesthetic nurse injector and skin enthusiast holding a Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of San Diego. Her background in surgical acute care and emergency nursing enriches her approach to aesthetics with a balanced blend of technical expertise and compassionate care. Natalie's journey was driven by both her passion for skin health and the artistry of aesthetic medicine. She completed an intensive training program under the mentorship of owner and aesthetic educator Nicole Adona, DNP, absorbing advanced techniques that reflect Nicole's unique method and expertise.
Natalie is known for her kind heart and artistic approach, using medical-grade skincare and injectables to shape and enhance natural beauty. Natalie believes in holistic, individualized care that highlights her clients' beautifully unique features. Whether refining facial contours, restoring youthful radiance, or providing a self-care boost, Natalie is dedicated to cultivating confidence through every treatment
